Over 10 years’ experience as a development professional specializing in environmental issues, public policy, agriculture and youth empowerment with clients of various sectors (the government, NGOs and academic institutions) in Indonesia, Australia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Japan and Nepal.
As a youth advocate, I have represented Indonesia at various international events in more than 20 countries. I have published two academic books and two non-fiction book. I was also a founder and project director of the Youth Ecopreneurship (YEP) Camp, an initiative to reduce unemployment in Indonesia while growing environmental awareness
I hold a bachelor degree in International Relations from the University of Indonesia and did non-degree studies at Swinburne University and the University of Montana, both under full scholarship. I completed my double masters degree (Masters of Environmental Management and Development and Master of Diplomacy) at The Australian National Universityand Master of Responsible Management and Sustainable Economic Development from The UN Mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica, all under full scholarship.

Lubendik is an accomplished environmental policy, development professional and conflict resolution specialist with extensive experience in project management, research, and teaching. With a strong academic background in sociology, international studies, governance & development and environmental policy, Lubendik has a proven track record of managing large-scale environmental projects ranging from peatland, mangrove and energy transition issues, conducting in-depth research, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. His expertise includes climate change adaptation, environmental diplomacy, community conflict resolution, government relations, social and political governance.
I hold a bachelor degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia, Master of International Studies from the University of Queensland and Master of Governance and Development from the University of Antwerp. In addition, I also attended several courses on environmental policy and natural resource governance, Mining, Society and Sustainability and Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution from the University of Eastern Finland
Edison Butar Butar brings expertise in program management and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). With a rich history in designing, monitoring, and evaluating programs, Edison ensures that the organization's governance system will be efficient and effective and adaptable to future changes. His leadership in crafting M&E systems is unparalleled, and he will spearhead the development of monitoring, evaluation, and learning instruments. Edison's approach is distinguished by its integration of M&E concepts and theories, meticulously tailored to align with our organizational culture.
His proficiency ensures that the instruments he develops are effective and highly adaptable to our evolving needs. His anthropological and development study background, combined with a deep commitment to minority rights, specifically women and sexual and gender minority groups, allows him to develop governance structures that are inclusive, transformative, and sensitive to the diverse needs of communities

Creative and motivated Communication specialist utilizes exceptional design and planning to present companies in the best possible light to customers and the public. Internet and social media savvy. Yudha have worked in the media and communication for more than 15 years. He began his career in media and communication as a journalist for the Indonesian News Agency, ANTARA, and he have since developed relationships with media professionals both domestically and abroad.
He have experience working for a variety of international organizations with various donor-funded such as USAID, UN, GEF, and SIDA, including the UNDP, RWI, and FAO, each with a distinct work history. He have experience in project management, including identifying possibilities, identifying obstacles, and designing knowledge management strategy, projects and programs. He also know how to allocate and oversee an appropriate budget for activities, implement projects with managed risk, and evaluate programs inside organizations.
During his tenure as a communication officer at The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI), He oversaw a range of communication channels aimed at advancing human rights education and its interlinkages with gender equality, climate change, and environment. Among the tasks he completed included launching a digital campaign on social media and organizing human rights film festivals with Southeast Asian screenings and awards.
Fathian is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in law and policy development. Holding a law degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), specializes in legal research, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
As a consultant at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investments Affairs, Fathian’s played a pivotal role in developing carbon pricing policies, drafting regulations, and negotiating international agreements. This role provided valuable insights into national and international legal frameworks.
Additionally, Fathian’s has contributed to sustainability initiatives with the Indonesia Research Institute for Decarbonization (IRID), promoting environmentally responsible policies.
